Short and sweet post here. These are simple, easy recipes to add to a bag, nothing too fancy put into it.

For my own sanity as a mom, but also as a teacher mom I decided to do better with meal prep! I love eating, but don’t love cooking. I also find very little time and being able to make dinners on certain nights with my kids going places and me also teaching dance in the evenings. And that’s been OK until I discovered that my health is greatly affected by what I eat, and if I am not on top of my eating, I get very sick which makes it hard to accomplish life. So I’m helping me survive teacher mom life, I am trying to prepare meals ahead of time!  

I do have recipes that I like that require a little bit more effort and ingredients when I’m able to use those, but these ones also are still very yummy to eat!

Hopefully this layout is easy enough to understand. I’m still perfecting the shopping list but again it’s pretty simple. When I get that shopping list ready with all my freezer meals on it, I will get that shared too. ❤️
