This dance mom gave her dancer an ornament at Christmas (as her good luck for the competition season) representing her dancer’s solo. What a darling keepsake for them.
Stuffed animal ideas
There are a couple ideas I’ve seen with a stuffed animal! Some moms buy a stuffed animal just as a sweet gift.
The dancer version stuffed animal ideas are pretty darling for those little dancers and then could continue on as tradition.
This mommy picked out a BUILD A BEAR that reminded her of the solo (although your dancer could pick too). Then she add her solo song into the bear, so it plays her song with every hug! How adorable!
Another stuffed animal dancer, but also seen it as a doll idea, is costume matching! One dancer was given a mini version of her solo costume (purchased from seamstress) that would fit her stuffed animal.
Another dancer was given a mini costume for her American Doll! Her American Doll joined her at competitions in her matching costume.
Frames
Create a collage of the various solo pictures from her dancing (or photo shoot)! Frame those and update it with each solo!
