You know how it’s super annoying that you constantly have to put pillowcases back on your kids’ pillows… I am not the only one right?!

The hack idea came when I had 2 boys and I was constantly putting pillowcases back on- like daily! 🙄 So glad I figured it out before I added 2 girls. 😂🙌🏼

I can sew, so I got some black and some white sew on Velcro and sewed it on the inner part of my pillowcases! You really don’t need that much Velcro, but I did do about 6 inches based on my preference! Even if you did 2 inches of Velcro the pillow should still stay in the case because the case is closed. 😏 This multi-color sew on Velcro is awesome if you want to try to match pillowcases better.

I place the Velcro on the middle part of the pillowcase and pin it. I pin the other half of the Velcro on the other side. At this time, I make sure the velcro is lined up correctly before sewing.

You can hand sew around the Velcro or just part of the Velcro in spots to keep it racked down. If you have a machine, sew all all the way around!

IF YOU DON’T SEW- you can apply white non- adhesive Velcro or black non-adhesive velcro. Even though I sewed mine I have used adhesive Velcro on my couch cushions and they totally work too! 😊 As always though be careful when you pull the Velcro apart so you are not pulling the adhesive off. 👌🏼
